Entry Level Employees
Entry level employees will be expected to commit to professional development. Nurturing and growing talent is our key objective and JH&P is a place where people can flourish regardless of their starting point in the business. We offer an Apprentice Scheme and a Work Experience Programme which runs twice a year in June and August.

Work Experience Programmes
We are delighted to provide opportunities for work experience to those considering a career in the wealth management industry.
Our work experience programmes are open to full-time students over the age of 16 attending school, college or University. The programmes run twice a year, in June and in August. Entries are now closed and will re-open in September.
Apprenticeship Scheme
The James Hambro & Partners Apprenticeship Scheme began in 2021. Our apprentices are given the opportunity to embark on an exciting career at James Hambro & Partners which will be a combination of on the job experience and formal training to gain the skills and knowledge required to support our business while they complete their NVQ.
