As a regulated and professional investment firm, James Hambro & Partners is expected to meet international standards in a number of areas. One of these is in regard to the level of capital it has available to operate effectively and be able to meet its day to day commitments – “capital adequacy” as it is known.
We are obliged under the EU Capital Requirements Directive to make disclosures around our capital adequacy. Like similar businesses, we are also required to share details of our risk management process and any business risks we have identified and sought to mitigate. This all comes under the Basel “Pillar 3” directive.
You can download our Pillar 3 document here.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your portfolio manager – and if you are not yet a client, one of our business development managers. We will be happy to explain anything.
