Dillon joined JH&P in February 2023 as an Operations Assistant. This is his first role in the financial industry and Dillon is excited to be starting his journey at JH&P.

In his spare time, Dillon enjoys playing rugby and Muay Thai boxing because of the discipline these sports require and the sense of achievement one gets from learning new tricks. When he’s not playing sport, Dillon unwinds by going for long walks with his dog.

One of Dillon’s favourite sayings is ‘Comparison is the thief of joy’ from Theodore Roosevelt which he believes is more relevant now than ever. For Dillon, keeping a positive outlook and recognising the silver lining is the best way to live by. He feels incredibly motivated by the work environment and collective effort he sees on a daily basis at JH&P which pushes him to produce the best work he can for his clients.
