Olivia graduated with a BA in Modern Languages (French & German) from University of Portsmouth in 2023 before joining JH&P as a risk administrator. In June 2025, Olivia was promoted to Risk Associate, and in April 2026 she was promoted again to Financial Crime and Data Protection Associate. She is motivated to learn about a whole new industry through helping her team in any way she can, learning new things about the business and meeting her own personal goals.

In her spare time, Olivia enjoys cooking with friends, travelling to and exploring new places and going to live music events.
