How do I log into my online account?

Your online access can be easily accessed by navigating to the tab titled ‘Logins’ in the top right corner of the website. Should you have any questions or need any help accessing your account, please feel free to contact us and we would be delighted to help.

Who is my relationship manager?

At JH&P, we do not have relationship managers. The people managing your money and advising you on financial planning are directly responsible for you. You can contact either your portfolio manager or your financial planner at any time. If you would like to speak to anyone else, their details can be found directly on the ‘Get in Touch’ page of our website.

How do I open an account?

The starting point is that we surround you with the most appropriate team for your needs. Telling our clients what we are going to do for them in a clear and personal manner, sets the tone of the relationship from the start. We provide clients with a proposal, detailing our plans, inviting further comment and refinement. This can be delivered virtually, in person or on paper but it is always a discussion.

Do you deal with international clients?

We have a long history of dealing with complex families both in the UK and internationally and are well versed in the complexity of cross border arrangements. We are also a registered investment adviser of the SEC which allows us to invest on behalf of US individuals and entities.

Do you work with other professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants?

To deliver the best service to clients we give clients access to our network of specialists. These are trusted advisers and companies who complement our expertise, providing genuine solutions for our clients.
