Katinka joined JH&P in 2025 as Personal Assistant to the Head of Global Business Development after graduating from Oxford Media and Business School with a Professional Business Diploma. She is motivated by the working environment at JH&P, where everyone is always happy to be here and there is never a dull moment.

Katinka spent much of her life surrounded by horses, having worked with them, and even ridden her own, in point-to-point races. It has harboured a real love for the outdoors, and she will never say no to getting up and out early in the mornings. She is inspired by the Walt Disney quote “whatever you do, do it well.” Katinka finds motivation from always trying to do the best she can, whatever the task.
