Sam joined JH&P in 2026 with over 10 years’ experience working in CASS compliance roles and more than 20 years’ in financial services. He also holds the Investment Operations Certificate and brings experience leading and developing teams. He believes that high‑performing teams are built on clear accountability and a culture that actively supports and invests in people. Sam is committed to maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering the best outcome for the client, which he considers fundamental to both regulatory compliance and long‑term business success.

Outside of his professional role, Sam is a proud father of 2 boys and a keen football fan. He enjoys keeping active, whether it’s heading out for a run or taking his dog out for long walks.
