Julian began his career at JH&P in 2013, initially working several back office roles before moving into the Finance team as an Accounts Assistant in 2016. He now has a decade of experience in Finance Roles, having worked his way through Assistant Accountant and Management Accountant roles before his promotion to Finance Manager at the end of 2023. Julian has completed the ACCA qualification, and he takes inspiration from working alongside bright, meticulous and kind individuals who ensure they keep ethics at the heart of their work, in keeping with the culture of JH&P. He is motivated to create outputs that are easily understood, as well as trying to make “the numbers” more interesting in his written reports. Julian has a keen interest in sport, following Chelsea FC and Surrey County Cricket Club, as well as getting to England’s rugby and cricket matches a few times each year. He is also a keen cook and loves to cook using fire, especially for Sunday roasts, and even the Christmas turkey!
