Awards Disclaimer

Best Medium Sized firm and Best Balanced Portfolio – Winner 2019

The awards are based on ARC’s performance analysis and are strictly quantitative, focusing on risk-adjusted performance over a three-year period. The awards go to firms which have delivered consistent risk-adjusted returns to their clients over this three-year period. We do not submit an entry. JH&P pay an annual fee to ARC to be part of their peer group and to receive quarterly updates/reports. However the Citywire Awards are not limited to members of ARC and are open to all firms. There is no payment to enter, but there is payment for the licensing of the awards.

3D 2019

ARC’s 3D Award is an independent endorsement of an investment manager’s commitment to the principles of transparency, engagement and integrity. There are no subscription charges, license or membership fees, referral commissions, re-distribution arrangements or any other incentive (financial or otherwise) that a manager has to pay to hold the Award.

Boutique Investment Management – Winner 2017 and 2019

This award recognises excellence in the professional services offered to the sector, showing evidence of real quantifiable investment returns, especially within the last 12 months, but also within a wider timeframe context. Entries must show a real understanding of the investment needs of charities, with which they work. They must have less than £1 billion investable charitable assets. The awards are open to any relevant organisation or individual based in the UK. JH&P do not pay to enter the awards.

Quality and Clarity of Reporting – Winner 2018

The PAM Awards cover the consistency of both investment performance and client service levels. The combination of independence, rigour and transparency in the PAM Awards programme is unique, in a world where other awards are determined by commercial and vested interests. Neither sponsors, nor PAM Awards judges can enter the PAM Awards. Any investment house can enter these awards as long as they fulfil certain criteria such as number of clients and AUM. JH&P do not pay to enter these awards. However, an annual fee is paid to be in the PAM directory which is different to the awards. As part of this we do receive feedback on our submissions.
