Martina is responsible for business processes, systems and technology at JH&P, ensuring the firm has a first-class infrastructure to support the investment team and clients. She has delivered a wide range of successful projects for the business. Like Christopher, she has a legal background, having switched from the law to financial services in 2010 when she joined UBS. She came to JH&P two years later to be part of the investment team and was made Chief Operating Officer in January 2015.

Chief Executive Andy Steel said: “Rosie, Chris and Martina are highly valued members of the team. They have all made outstanding contributions to the firm in recent years and thoroughly deserve to join the Partnership.

“Having three new partners strengthens the firm for the future and recognises the increasing contribution made by younger members of the team, which augurs well for the future and demonstrates our commitment to the long-term growth and success of the business.”
