Jane joined JH&P in May 2017 as Head of Compliance and Risk before transitioning into the role of Chief Risk Officer in December 2025. Initially qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte & Touche, she has more than 20 years’ experience in compliance, operational risk and internal audit within the private wealth and asset management sectors.

In an increasingly rules-driven world, she enjoys working with managers to find compliant solutions that deliver great outcomes for clients without overburdening them or the teams which support them.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys swimming, pilates and spending time with her family.
