Ann-Marie joined JH&P in January 2024 as HR Manager. With over 17 years of generalist HR experience in Asset Management and Private Wealth, Ann-Marie has held HR roles in Thames River Capital, GAM, Mirabaud Asset Management and TT Asset Management. She is currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Manager and is an Associate Member of the Chartered of Personnel and Development. Ann-Marie enjoys supporting individuals in their professional development. In 2023, she actively participated in the City Hive Inter-Company mentoring scheme, focusing on supporting female and ethnic minority mentees through their professional development in the financial services sector.

Outside the office, Ann-Marie loves to hike and spends time in the hills of Connemara or the Valencia region. She has set her sights on completing the 800km pilgrimage of Camino de Santiago in support of an MS Charity.  When not on a trail, Ann-Marie enjoys exploring the culinary delights of London or further afield, and she is also an enthusiastic (and often disappointed) Rugby fan, and particularly enjoys the six-nations and international Rugby.
