Dino joined JH&P in August 2016 as a Portfolio Manager, working closely with private clients before progressing into the roles of Deputy Head of Private Clients and then COO – Investments. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2022. As COO, Dino is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing organisational resilience and supporting the firm’s strategic growth specifically with technology. He works across teams to strengthen systems and processes ensuring JH&P continues to meet the high standards expected by clients, regulators and industry partners.

Dino is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and has completed the CISI Diploma in Private Client Investment Advice and Management. He also serves on the PIMFA WealthTech Advisory Group, collaborating with senior leaders across the industry to shape the future of wealth management technology.

He is motivated by building high‑performing teams and creating an environment where colleagues can thrive. Dino draws inspiration from individuals who demonstrate resilience, optimism and dedication; particularly those who overcome challenges or achieve success through hard work and determination. Outside of the office, he is kept busy by his three children, he enjoys playing golf and watching his favourite football team, Tottenham Hotspur.
