Emma joined JH&P in August 2025 as a Portfolio Manager, after coming up on 8 years previously in the industry. Emma has achieved the CISI Investment Advice Diploma (IAD), is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), has completed the CFA ESG exam and has passed Levels 1 and 2 of the CFA exams. She was also listed in Citywire’s 30 under 30 in 2024. In her previous role, she worked closely for five years with two charities linked to improving social inequality – The Girls Network and We Can Be.

In her spare time, Emma likes reading, socialising and exercising, mostly by playing squash. She is inspired by people who achieve great success in their careers and work hard to grow their business, yet still show up with a sense of humour and a genuine commitment to supporting their team. This is what she loves the most about working at JH&P – the genuine team spirit.
