Harry joined JH&P in March 2024 as an Implementation Assistant and was promoted to Senior Implementation Assistant in June 2026. After studying Business at college, he was always keen to join the financial services industry, and in his role at JH&P Harry enjoys delivering effective solutions that streamline our processes internally because of the direct positive impact this has on the quality of service our clients experience. He loves offering his own ideas within his team and appreciates the excellent team culture.

Outside of work, Harry is a big Spurs fan and enjoys going to their games. He also loves to travel. Harry lives by Wayne Gretzky’s famous quote ‘You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take,’ which inspires him to always strive to push outside of his comfort zone.
