James joined James Hambro and Partners in 2022 as an Operations Assistant and in May 2026 he was promoted to Senior Operations Assistant. He is currently studying towards his Level 3 IOC Qualifications.

The collaborative and co-operative culture at JH&P really motivates James. Like us, he believes that ensuring all work is done to the highest of standards and as efficiently as possible is an important part of creating a meaningful experience for clients.

In his spare time, James is a keen runner and a loyal supporter of West Ham United. He also enjoys fishing at the weekend and believes there is no better way to relax after a busy week at work.
