Jamie joined JH&P in June 2024 as a Senior Project Manager. He is a graduate from the University of Exeter and later studied Business Management at the London School of Economics. Before joining JH&P, Jamie spent 15 years in the British Army.

Jamie’s experience in high-stake decision-making and strategic leadership, coupled with his passion for leveraging technology to enhance performance, has driven him to a role where he can lead transformational change and manage diverse teams effectively.

Outside the office, Jamie maintains a healthy work-life balance by dedicating quality time to his young family and pursuing his interests in fitness and motorsports. He draws inspiration from former US fighter pilot Colonel John Boyd’s quote: “People, ideas, machines – in that order,” highlighting that the true power of technology is only realised with the right people and mindset. Jamie is motivated by the opportunity to drive impactful change and his commitment to continuous improvement, always striving to enhance performance and elevate the client experience.
