Julian began his career at JH&P in 2013, initially in the Administration team before joining the Operations team. After deciding to pursue a career in Accountancy, Julian moved into an Accounts Assistant role in June 2016, before being promoted to Assistant Accountant a year later. In May 2019, Julian was made a Management Accountant and then became Finance manager at the end of 2023. He is now working towards his Chartered Certified Accountant qualification with the ACCA and has completed 11 of 13 exams. Julian takes inspiration in working alongside high quality, kind individuals who put “doing the right thing” at the heart of their work. Supporting the team, he is motivated to create outputs that are easily understood, as well as trying to make “the numbers” more interesting in accompanying commentaries and board reports. He also has a keen interest in sport, following Chelsea FC and Surrey County Cricket club as well as getting to England Rugby & Cricket matches whenever he can. He also enjoys cooking and sampling London’s many culinary delights, although having recently become a father, the former seems to happen much more than the latter!
