Leo joined JH&P in January 2025 as a Senior Accounts Assistant. He began his journey as a Finance Apprentice at 7IM where he worked through his AAT Level 3 exams. Having been at 7IM for almost 4 years he gained invaluable experience through his accounting responsibilities and involvement within M&A transactions. Leo sees every day as an opportunity to learn and comes with an innovative mindset for automating processes.

Outside of work, Leo dedicates a lot of time to Taekwondo. He has been competing for over 12 years succeeding at both national and international level within his weight division. Post-Covid he has helped train the next generation of fighters by applying his extensive experience and teaching them how they can become the best version of themselves.

A strong value of Leo’s is valuing clients. To him this means valuing both internal stakeholders, such as colleagues, as well as external stakeholders such as clients. Leo applies this by reflecting his professionalism in his work and communication, ensuring that it is delivered with high quality and accurate results.
