Lisa-Marie joined JH&P as Business Development Director in June 2026 after 4 years as Business Development Manager at Evelyn Partners, working with financial advisers across the Southwest of England & South Wales. Prior to this, she also spent more than 11 years in the pensions sector.

Lisa-Marie is inspired by people who continually strive to improve themselves, embracing growth, new challenges and stepping outside of their comfort zones. At JH&P, she is motivated by helping advisers achieve the best outcomes for their clients by building strong relationships, adding value and being someone they can rely on.

Outside of work, Lisa-Marie enjoys exploring the countryside in search of new wild swimming spots and unwinding with a good book.
