Mark joined JH&P in 2025 as a Business Analyst before becoming a Project Manager in early 2026. Previously, he spent over thirty years in delivering change. He started his career at Barclays Wealth and has also worked at the Bank of England with a key highlight in supporting the delivery of European Regulation. He has also worked in Client Platform Delivery, Specialty Insurance, Gambling, Pandemic Logistics and in several consultancy positions across Financial Services. Mark is Prince 2 affiliated in Project Management and BCS certificated in Business Analysis, with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall projects.

Mark is the proud father of twins and tries to teach them his love of 80s, 90s, Rock and grunge music. He loves attending concerts and enjoys taking part in and socialising at sports events. He believes that building relationships is a cornerstone of great delivery and abides by the Warren Buffet quote, “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.” The culture driven by the senior management team at JH&P greatly inspires Mark.
