Mark joined JH&P in 2025 as a Business Analyst before moving into the role of Project Manager in 2026. With more than three decades of experience delivering change initiatives, he has built a diverse career spanning wealth management, financial regulation, insurance, healthcare logistics, consulting and technology-enabled transformation. He began his career at Barclays Wealth before joining the FSA and subsequently the Prudential Regulation Authority, where he supported the delivery of major European regulatory programmes. He has since brought this experience to organisations including Aegon, Investec and FNZ, playing key roles across both Agile and Waterfall programme environments.

Mark believes that lasting relationships are at the heart of successful delivery and is guided by Warren Buffett’s observation that, “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.” Outside of work, Mark enjoys live music, sport and spending time with his family. With both of his children now at university, he values making the most of opportunities to spend time together.

He is particularly motivated by the positive culture at JH&P and the opportunity to work alongside colleagues who share a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
