Tom joined JH&P in November 2019 and is currently studying for his AAT qualifications with a keen interest to move onto ACCA once completed. He finds that finance at JH&P is exciting as it challenges his analytical and critical thinking skills every day. There is always something new to learn and he takes great pride in knowing that the data he produces is influential in important business decisions.

Outside of work he’s a sports enthusiast: a keen cricket player for local club Upminster, a burgeoning runner having recently competed in the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge, and a West Ham season ticket holder. He espouses the wide words of Hammers legend Mark Noble – for Tom, “the fear of failure” is what drives him on.
