JH&P wins People’s Choice Award for service

James Hambro & Partners (JH&P) has won a People’s Choice Award for exceptional client service from one of the wealth management industry’s leading experts.

Findawealthmanager.com, which helps to match investors with the best fitting wealth management service, highlighted JH&P as one of six wealth managers to meet their most exacting standards. 

It said the firm “excelled in areas like client-adviser matching, speedy onboarding processes and communications, while delivering exceptional service standards throughout relationships.”

The judging process combined data such as the number of clients referred by findawealthmanager.com who went on to sign up to the JH&P service and the speed with which their needs were assessed and their assets appropriately invested. It also looked at the longevity of client relationships and included feedback from clients on their interactions with their new wealth management team.

Each client at JH&P has a team of at least two portfolio managers and an assistant portfolio manager to manage their wealth. In addition, they have a client service manager whose job it is to ensure the smooth setting up and ongoing administration of accounts. Clients can talk to team members whenever they like.

The findawealthmanager.com award follows on from a series of awards in 2018 when JH&P was declared best medium firm as well as best balanced portfolio manager in the Citywire Investment Performance Awards. It also won a prestigious PAM award for the quality and clarity of reporting and was a finalist in a number of other awards categories.
