Birhana joined JH&P in September 2023 after working at Tiffany & Co as a Client Care Advisor. She has always been passionate about customer experience and feels rewarded when clients feel comfortable and leave with a smile.

In her spare time, Birhana loves reading, dancing, learning languages and volunteering at Tate. She enjoys going to art galleries and exhibitions because she is fascinated by the history of art and feels inspired by artists. Innovators, adventurers and entrepreneurs are also sources of inspiration to Birhana who believes that creativity, and the desire to make a positive impact, is important. She also believes in the power of community and shared success when you work as a team.
